一、是噴油時間過早或過遲屬,影響燃燒過程,引起補燃期過長,使冷卻水接觸氣缸壁的時間相對延長,造成水溫過高,這個一般是根據(jù)瓦斯發(fā)電機組的品牌不同,它的噴油時間不同,正常的發(fā)動機都不會存在這樣的問題,除非機器收過損傷。

三、是噴油器噴油壓力過高或過低,使燃油的噴射行程和要化質(zhì)量受到影響,噴油壓力過高,噴在燃燒 室壁上的瓦斯發(fā)電機組形成液態(tài),,不利于要化險為夷噴油壓力低,霧化質(zhì)量差,噴油器滴油使供油量加大,引起水溫過高,嚴重時使噴油器燃損。

五、是散熱:器堵塞、水垢過多及風扇膠帶松弛等均會造成水溫過高,水泵壓力低,流量小,使冷卻液循環(huán)速度性,從而造成水溫過高,需要定期清洗水箱,更換冷卻液六、是發(fā)動機內(nèi)部委部件之間麈擦明力大,潤滑條件不好,排氣管或消間器堵塞,發(fā)動機負荷過大等也會造成水溫過高的現(xiàn)象。檢査使用的潤滑油的油品及質(zhì)量。
